The client is a forward-thinking eCommerce business operating on the BigCommerce platform. With a growing network of vendors, they approached Kodorix to develop a centralized multi-vendor management solution. Their goal was to streamline end-to-end vendor operations — including inventory, order processing, shipping, and fulfillment — through a single, integrated panel with minimal manual intervention.

The client faced multiple operational hurdles while managing a growing multi-vendor eCommerce ecosystem. Their existing BigCommerce store didn't support multi-vendor capabilities, making it difficult for vendors to list and manage their products independently. Real-time order updates also posed a major issue, as delays and inconsistencies in SKU tracking and order modifications disrupted operations. The absence of vendor payment automation caused discrepancies in payout records, resulting in frequent delays and errors in processing vendor payments.
